根据166份花生栽培种质籽仁脂肪酸数据多元统计分析的结果,提出了花生油质改良的有效途径.研究表明,在提高花生籽仁油酸含量的同时降低花生酸和山嵛酸含量是可能的.
On the Approach to Improving Fatty Acid Composition of Cultivated Peanut
Based on multivariate analysis of seed fatty acids using 166 accessions of cultivated peanut germplasm, effective approaches to improving peanut oil quality have been proposed. Research results showed that it was possible to increase oleate content in peanut seeds while lowering the contents of arachidic acid and behenic acid.
