Effects of Biological Organic Selenium Fertilizer on the Enrichment and Distribution of Heavy Metal Elements in Peanut
Taking peanut as the research object, the enrichment characteristics of heavy metals in peanut and the effects of foliar spraying selenium fertilizer on the content, distribution and enrichment ability of heavy metals in peanut kernels and peanut vines were analyzed through field experiment. The results showed that the Se content of peanut kernels and peanut vines increased significantly after foliar spraying of selenium. The Se content of peanut vines increased from(0.244±0.020)mg/kg to(0.887±0.370)mg/kg,and the Se content of peanut kernels increased from 0 mg/kg to(0.614±0.137)mg/kg.The contents of heavy metals Cd and Zn in peanut vines decreased significantly by about 22.5%and 43.0%,respectively,while the contents of heavy metals in peanut kernels did not change significantly. Most of the heavy metals absorbed by peanut are mainly enriched in peanut vines, which are significantly higher than the heavy metal content in peanut kernels.Among them, peanut organs have strong enrichment ability for soil heavy metal Cd,and weak enrichment ability for As and Cr.Correlation analysis confirmed that Se in-hibited the accumulation of heavy metal Zn in peanut plant, and different heavy metal contents could affect each other. The application of selenium fertilizer can effectively inhibit the enrichment ability of peanut vines to heavy metals Cd and Zn,alleviate the enrichment effect of heavy metals in peanut vines, and increase pea-nut yield. The results of this study showed that the application of bioprotein selenium fertilizer can alleviate the heavy metal pollution in peanut plant, and provided experimental data and theoretical guidance for the sci-entific application of foliar selenium fertilizer, the research on the enrichment of heavy metals in crops and the development of selenium-rich peanut industry.
