花生种质资源苗期抗旱性鉴定

为探讨花生苗期抗旱性特点,建立抗旱评价体系,筛选抗旱材料,本研究以129份花生种质为试验材料,采用室内水培的方法,用PEG6000进行干旱胁迫试验,测定花生苗期叶绿素、株高、地上部鲜/干质量、根部鲜/干质量等指标,利用相关性分析、隶属函数法和主成分分析相结合的方法,对花生种质进行抗旱评价和分级.结果显示,干旱胁迫下的根干质量和叶绿素值均高于对照组.主成分分析将6个性状降维成3个主成分(累计贡献率达68.6%),确定了叶绿素、株高和地上部鲜质量可作为花生抗旱的评价指标.对D值进行排序分析,初步筛选出新实四粒红和忻域扯花生2份强抗旱花生种质,为进一步开展花生抗旱育种和挖掘抗旱基因提供了供选材料.
Drought Resistance Identification of Peanut Germplasm Resources at Seedling Stage
In order to explore the characteristics of drought resistance of peanut germplasms at seedling stage,a drought resistance evaluation system was established and drought-resistant materials were screened.In this study,129 peanut germplasms were used as experimental materials,and the drought stress test was carried out with PEG 6000 by using indoor hydroponic culture.The indexes of chlorophyll,plant height,fresh/dry mass of above ground,and fresh/dry mass of root of peanut were determined.The drought resist-ance of peanut germplasms was evaluated and graded by correlation analysis,membership function method and principal component analysis.The results showed that the root dry mass and chlorophyll value under drought stress were higher than those in the control group.Principal component analysis simplified the 6 traits into 3 principal components(the cumulative contribution rate was 68.6%),and determined that chlorophyll,plant height and fresh mass of above ground could be used as evaluation indexes for drought resistance of pea-nut germplasms.According to the sequence analysis of D value,2 highly drought-resistant peanut germ-plasms,namely Xinshi silihong and Xinyuche peanut,were initially selected,which provided materials for further developing of drought-resistant breeding and digging of drought-resistant genes in peanut.
