简要介绍某公司型谱产品标准体系构建情况,尝试与岗位实施标准目录结合,探索深度融合,采用新的层级划分方式构建具体型号产品标准体系,以提高标准体系实施有效性.重点分析型号产品标准体系的构建思路,给出了技术标准体系框架及标准明细表示例,对标准体系实施提出建议.
Abstract
This paper introduces to the reader the construction of a company's product standard system,the employees'attempts to combine it with the post requirement standard catalog implementation standard directory,their exploration for deep integration,and the application of a new classification method to build a standard system based on the model type of the products,so that the effectiveness of the standard system may be improved.The paper focuses on analyzing the idea of constructing a standard system of model products.Examples of the framework of technical standard systems and the specification of standards are listed,and suggestions are put forward for the implementation of standard systems.
