摘要

为了加快推进新时期产品化工作模式建立并有效运行,自2019年以来,航天科技集团公司先后制定了相关产品化工作方案及制度,要求推动科研生产模式从型号驱动向型号与产品驱动并重转变.面向产品的开发与管理模式转变,要求从传统的型号系统工程过程("V"型过程)向产品工程过程("W"型过程)逐步转变,最终构建专业产品相对独立发展、型号系统集成创新的"V-W-O"型新系统工程.从"研制"向依靠产品平台为基础的"产品选用"转变,工程任务的完成以"满足单一需求"向"支撑和覆盖多个需求"转变.而要满足这一转变,产品开发成功的标志不再是单一型号工程任务的完成,需要从构建产品指标体系入手开展产品设计,以指标体系的充分验证为目的建立规范的产品验证程序,以确保面向不同任务领域所有使用边界条件下的产品具有较高置信度的可靠性.

Abstract

In order to accelerate the establishment of the product-oriented work mode and ensure its effective operation in the new era,China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation has,since 2019,formulated relevant product-oriented plans and regulations,requiring an advancement in the research and production mode from model-driven toward a model and product-driven approach.To achieve the transformation from the traditional model system engineering process("V"process)to a product engineering process("W"process),and toward the ultimate construction of a"V-W-O"new system engineering process that consists of specialized products developed relatively independently,model system integration and innovation,and comprehensive management guarantees for multi-products and multiple models at the organizational level.We aim to transform the engineering process from"development"to"product selection"that is based on product platform,and from completing engineering tasks solely for one single request to being able to support and meet multiple requirements.To fulfill these goals,the sign of successful product development should no longer be the completion of a single model engineering task.In-depth research is necessary.From constructing a product indicator system to establishing a standard product verification program with the purpose of thoroughly verifying the indicator system to ensure the reliability of the product under all usage conditions and in different task fields.
