摘要

美军标MIL-STD-1568D《航空航天武器系统腐蚀防护与控制用材料和工艺》是立足于美军腐蚀防护体系,从系统装备全生命周期角度出发设置的一个通用性广、指导性强、可保证腐蚀防护要求一致性的顶层标准,文章通过对该标准的分析研究,提出我国航天装备腐蚀防护标准建设的几点启示:从系统工程角度出发,从战略机制、管理要求层面配合防腐蚀先进技术促进腐蚀防护要求的实施;从装备方案阶段、技术开发阶段、系统研制与验证阶段、生产部署阶段、使用维护阶段全生命周期考虑腐蚀防护控制要求;从系统装备角度建设关键纲领性顶层标准;建立完善的标准维护机制.

Abstract

The U.S.military standard MIL-STD-1568"Materials And Processes For Corrosion Prevention and Control in Aerospace Weapons Systems"is a top-level standard based on the U.S.military's corrosion protection system,set from the angle of the entire life cycle of system equipment.This article summarizes the inspirations for the construction of corrosion protection standards for China's aerospace equipment through research and analysis:start from the perspective of systems engineering,and promote the implementation of corrosion protection requirements in conjunction with advanced anti-corrosion technology at the strategic mechanism and management requirements level;consider the requirements for corrosion protection and control throughout the entire life cycle,from the equipment planning phase,technology development phase,system development and verification phase,production deployment phase,to the use and maintenance phase;construct key guiding top-level standards from the perspective of system equipment;and establish a comprehensive standard maintenance mechanism.
