摘要

压接是指在自然环境下,采用压接工具或设备,使一种导线线芯与被连接连接器接触件发生机械挤压塑性变形而形成金属组织一体化的一种工艺方法.传统的导线与接触件的压接采用的是无压接压力控制的压接模式,仅在压接完成后通过金相检测设备及拉力测试设备检查压接是否合格,该压接模式的应用有一定的局限性.在此基础上,设计了一套基于比例、积分、微分(PID)控制的恒压力压接的控制系统,该系统通过样机上验证,以400N压力为目标压力,压接了 20个产品,压力的最大值为400.5N,最大偏差仅为0.125%,且压接的全部产品晶相检查均满足要求,证明基于PID控制的恒压力控制系统能有效的控制压接时的压力,提升产品的合格率,降低质量异常的风险.

Abstract

Crimping refers to the processing method in which a wire core and the connector are extruded mechanically and deformed plastically using crimping tools or equipment in a natural environment,forming an integrated metal structure.The traditional crimping of wires and contact parts adopts a crimping mode without pressure control,which does not check the quality of the crimping(through metallographic testing equipment and tensile testing equipment)until after the crimping is completed.As the application of this crimping method has certain limitations,a control system based on PID control for constant pressure crimping was designed.This system has been verified on a prototype where 20 products have been crimped with a target pressure of 400N.The maximum pressure value is 400.5N,with a maximum error of 0.125%.Moreover,all the products crimped meet the requirements,proving that the constant pressure control system based on PID control is able to effectively control the pressure during crimping,increase the product qualification rate,and decrease the number of quality abnormalities.
