摘要

基于并行工程内涵,研究发射场火工品测试标准化流程,搭建标准化流程测试管理平台,实现测试产品及操作行为的全时、全态、全流程质量管控.实践结果表明,测试标准化流程提升了发射场火工品测试质效及标准化管理水平.

Abstract

Based on the connotation of concurrent engineering,this paper studies the standardized process of initiating explosive device tests at the launch site.It also proposes the design concept of standardized process test management platform to realize the quality control of test products and operation behaviors in full time,full state and full process,which improves the quality and efficiency of test and standardized management of initiating explosive devices at the launch site.
