摘要

火工装置是航天型号的重要组成部分,其质量稳定性和可靠性与航天型号的质量密不可分.然而,航天火工装置产品数量众多,产品状态较为复杂,严重制约了航天火工装置的产业化和专业化发展,也给航天型号研制进度和产品质量带来较大风险和不确定性.文章紧密结合航天型号研制需求,从设计选用源头出发,在全面梳理航天火工装置使用现状的基础上,研究制定了航天火工装置选用目录管理要求,编制了电点火器等9类航天火工装置选用目录,有效规范了航天火工装置的选用,促进了航天火工装置产业化和专业化发展.

Abstract

Pyrotechnic device is an important part of aerospace model,and its quality stability and reliability are inseparable from the quality of aerospace model.However,the large number of aerospace pyrotechnic devices and the complex product status,seriously restrict the industrialization and professional of aerospace pyrotechnic devices,also bring large risks and uncertainties to the aerospace model development progress and quality.This paper combines with the needs of aerospace model development closely,starts from the source of design and selection,and establishes the aerospace pyrotechnic device selection catalogs management requirements on the basis of comprehensively combing the current situation of the use of aerospace pyrotechnic devices.Nine catalogs of aerospace pyrotechnic devices,such as electric igniter,have been compiled,which has a promoting role in effectively standardizing the selection of aerospace pyrotechnic devices and the industrialization and professional development of aerospace pyrotechnic devices.
