基于随机分配规则的空间目标监视资源调度研究

针对传统空间目标监视资源调度中存在观测设备工作时间不均衡及各设备之间不均衡的问题,提出了一种基于随机分配规则的调度方法.以空间目标的可见性为数学基础,利用STK软件包对空间目标进行跟踪弧段的可见性预报,将随机分配调度规则融入到传统调度流程中,以观测需求分别为3圈次、4圈次、5圈次为输入进行实验仿真,生成的调度方案以甘特图的形式呈现,最后利用构建的评价指标进行价值评价.实验结果表明,基于随机分配的调度规则能够很好地实现观测设备工作时间及各设备之间工作时间的均衡性,并能够更好地实现对空间目标编目维持.
Research on space target monitoring resource scheduling based on random allocation rules
A scheduling method based on random allocation rules is proposed to solve the problem of unbal-ance working time of observation equipment and unbalance among different equipment in traditional space target monitoring resource scheduling.Based on the visibility of space targets,STK software package is used to predict the visibility of tracking arcs of space targets,the random allocation scheduling rules are integrated into the tradi-tional scheduling process,and experimental simulation with the observation requirements of 3 cycles,4 cycles and 5 cycles as inputs is conducted respectively.The generated scheduling scheme is presented in the form of Gantt chart.Finally,the constructed evaluation index is used to evaluate the value.The experimental results show that the scheduling rule based on random assignment can achieve a good balance between the working time of the observation equipment and the working time among the devices,and can better realize the maintenance of the spatial object cataloging.
