摘要
战争是政治的延续,全球政治秩序正在发生从"单极化"向"多极化"的巨变,必然伴随频发的区域冲突和争端.当前,俄乌冲突尚未结束,乌方凭借西方民商太空力量的军援,取得了举足轻重的战果.通过总结美国"星链"系统和西方民商遥感卫星在乌克兰战场上的通信指挥、情报传输和战场态势感知等作战运用情况,剖析了美国商业太空的政策引领和发展成果,民商太空力量正在成为高端战争中一种不可忽视的大国战略力量.
Abstract
The war is the continuation of politics and the global political order is undergoing a great change from"uni-polar"to"multi-polar",which is bound to be accompanied by frequent regional conflicts and disputes.At present,the conflict between Russia and Ukraine has not yet ended,and Ukraine has achieved decisive results with the military assistance of western civil and commercial space forces.By summarizing the operational applica-tion of the US"Starlink"system and western civil and commercial remote sensing satellites in the Ukrainian bat-tlefield,such as communication command,intelligence transmission and battlefield situation awareness,the poli-cy guidance and development results of the US commercial space are analyzed,and the civil and commercial space force is becoming a major power strategic force that cannot be ignored in high-end war.
