Superstrate antennas based on near-zero refractive index metamaterials
Metamaterials are a kind of artificial electromagnetic medium with different novel properties from conventional materials. As a kind of metamaterial,near-zero refractive index media has been widely used in super-strate antennas because its equivalent refractive index is close to zero. The effect of different distance between the superstrate and antennas when the near-zero refractive index metamaterials are used as antenna superstrates is studied, which can provide some reference for the practical application.
