某多频段数传天线的结构优化设计与仿真

随着卫星能力的不断提升及卫星小型化、轻质量的趋势,数传天线不仅应具备多频段、高增益、高可靠性工作的能力,还应具备抵抗卫星发射段或变轨段的振动或冲击的能力.为此,本文从数传天线的设计、生产制造、力学性能等方面出发,确定了数传天线主反射器的结构形式,给出了数传天线主副反射器的形面均方根误差及主副反射器的装配同轴度公差和高度公差;利用试凑法优化确定了主反射器背筋的类型、布置形式.最后通过仿真、正弦振动试验等手段验证了该数传天线结构的合理性及可靠性.
Structure Optimization Design and Simulation of A Multi-band Data Transmission Antenna
With the continuous improvement of capability,the trend of miniaturization and light weight of satellite,the data transmission antenna should not only have the ability of multi-frequency band,high gain and high reliability,but also have the ability to resist the vibration or impulse of satellite launching and orbit change.Based on the design,production assembly and mechanical properties of the data transmission antenna,the structure is determined of the antenna's main reflector,the RMS error,concentricity,height tolerance are calculated of the antenna.And the type and layout of the back-ribs are optimized by cut-and-trial.Finally,the rationality and reliability of the antenna structure are verified by simulation and vibration tests.
