In order to solve the low accuracy problem in welded parts finite element analysis,nonlinear numerical analysis method is used to calculate the stress and deformation of embedded reinforcing structure of pressure vessel.The theoretical method of structural nonlinear analysis is studied,a reasonable mean is found to set the coefficient of defects.Through numerical analysis and experiment verification,the results show that simulation and experiment are consistent with each other and the error is less than 5%,which validate the effective method and model.
