Aiming at the adhesive purpose of solid rocket engine nozzle bonding,the adhesive formula of a kind of room temperature curing was developed by testing of mechanical properties,high and low temperature mechanical performance and lifespan of the adhesive etc.Performance indicators achieved:tensile strength 33.71MPa,impact toughness 0.40J/cm2,shear strength 23.69MPa,oxyacetylene linear ablative rate 0.37mm/s,thermal conductivity 0.329W/(m·K).It is indicated that the adhesive can meet the requirements of solid rocket engine nozzle bonding.
