无法兰波导是一种新型的波导设计方式,采用卡箍连接波导子组件,通过钎焊的方式成型,具有很好的减重、减空间特性.对于一些对重量及尺寸要求敏感的高通量通信卫星,无法兰波导具有巨大的优势.但是无法兰波导组件对焊缝钎着率和组件尺寸精度要求较高,焊接难度较大,导致实际生产加工的合格率较低.通过对无法兰波导组件焊缝钎着率和尺寸精度影响因素的分析,优化卡箍和波导段端口结构,制定波导组件焊接后热校形工艺,提高波导焊缝钎着率和波导组件形位尺寸精度,以满足卫星有效载荷高集成发展对波导组件焊缝强度和尺寸精度的要求,提升无法兰波导组件焊接加工合格率.
Research on the Process of Improving the Welding Quality of Waveguide Components without Flange
Waveguide without flange is a new type of waveguide design method,which uses hoops to connect waveguide components and is formed through brazing.It has good weight and space reduction characteristics,and has great advantages for high-throughput communication satellites that are sensitive to weight and size requirements.However,waveguide without flange components have high requirements for weld seam adhesion and component size accuracy,making welding difficult,resulting in a low qualification rate in actual production and processing.The purpose of this article is to introduce a method to improve the welding qualification rate of flangeless waveguide components.Analyze the factors affecting the soldering rate and dimensional accuracy of the welds of flangeless waveguide components,optimize the clamp and waveguide section port structures,formulate the thermal calibration process after welding of the waveguide components,improve the soldering rate of the waveguide welds and the shape and size accuracy of the waveguide components,and improve the qualification rate of waveguide component welding processing for flange-free waveguide components,so that the weld strength and dimensional accuracy of waveguide components meet the requirements of the highly integrated development of satellite payloads.
