网式过滤器滤芯电阻缝焊工艺研究

网式过滤器作为推进系统重要产品,其过滤网为多层多孔结构和焊接层结构存在突变,造成电阻缝焊焊接时不易控制放电、过滤网容易变形破损、焊缝质量不易保证等问题.通过采取过滤网预处理、滚轮电极的设计制作、装夹工装的设计制作构、选择合理的焊接工艺参数等措施,并对电阻焊缝进行外观检测、撕扯试验和气泡点检测,最终焊接合格率明显提高,达到焊接目标.
As an important product of propulsion system,the mesh filter has multi-layer porous structure and the welding layer structure has mutations,which causes problems such as difficulty of controlling discharge during resistance seam welding,easy deformation and damage of the filter,and difficulty of guaranteeing the quality of the weld.By taking measures such as filter pretreatment,roller electrode design and production,clamping tool design and production,selecting reasonable welding process parameters,and conducting appearance detection,tear test and bubble point detection of resistance welds,the final welding pass rate is obviously improved,and the welding target is reached.
