针对空间齿轮传动机构装配存在装配精度不一致、装配效率不高等问题,本文基于基准信息链模型,对空间齿轮传动机构装配级关键特征进行分析,通过采用零部件装配特征坐标为基准的齐次变换矩阵和误差变化矩阵的方法,实现了齿轮传动系统的三维累计偏差计算.分析结果表明典型齿轮传动机构装配以啮 合齿轮切向和共面度为装配级关键特征,齿轮连接零部件依次传递尺寸约束,形成封闭的信息链.本文的研究成果将为空间复杂齿轮传动系统的集成装配提供参考.
In response to the problems of inconsistent assembly accuracy and low assembly efficiency in the assembly of space gear transmission mechanisms,a datum flow chain(DFC)was used to analyze the three-dimensional variation bildup of space gear transmission mechanisms.The basic principle of the DFC was introduced and its engineering application process was performed.The analysis results indicated that the assembly of typical gear transmission mechanisms takes the tangency and co-planarity of gears as the key characteristics at the assembly level,and the constraints are conveyed by the connective components of gear mechanism sequentially,forming a closed information chain.Using homogeneous transform matrices and variation matrices based on component assembly feature coordinates as the benchmark,the three-dimensional variation bildup calculation of the gear transmission mechanism was achieved.
