LZ91镁锂合金激光焊接及超塑性能研究

LZ91镁锂合金是一种具有超低密度和优良塑性的结构材料.本文中LZ91镁锂合金板材在不同激光焊接工艺参数下连接.在不同温度(250 ℃、300 ℃)和应变速率(5×10-4s-1、1×10-3s-1)条件下进行单向拉伸试验,研究分析其流动应力和延伸率的变化规律,确定激光焊接LZ91镁锂合金的最佳成形条件:成形温度为300 ℃,应变速率为5×10-4s-1,激光焊接功率为940 W,焊接速度为1800mm/min.针对超塑胀形成形方法进行模具设计和宏观有限元模拟,并通过超塑胀形试验验证激光焊接LZ91镁锂合金具有良好的成形性能.
Research on Laser Welding and Superplastic Properties of LZ91 Mg-Li Alloy
LZ91 magnesium-lithium alloy is a structural material with ultra-low density and excellent plasticity.In this paper,LZ91 magnesium-lithium alloy plates are joined under different laser welding parameters.Uniaxial tensile tests were carried out at different temperatures(250 ℃,300 ℃)and strain rates(5×10-4s-1,1 ×10-3s-1),and the variation rules of flow stress and elongation were analyzed.The optimal forming condition for laser welding LZ91 magnesium-lithium alloy were determined as follows:the forming temperature is 300 ℃C,the strain rate is 5× 10-4s-1,the laser welding power is 940 W,and the welding speed is 1800 mm/min.The die design and macro finite element simulation for superplastic bulging were established,and the laser beam welded LZ91 magnesium-lithium alloy has good formability through superplastic bulging test.
