The array power supply is an important part of the phased array radar,the array power supply has the characteristics of large power,high heat consumption,heat source consumption.A radar antenna array is a closed environment;the air flow is poor,causing difficulties in the heat dissipation of the power supply.The design of stable,reliable and efficient cooling scheme is the key to ensure the normal operation of the array supply.By analyzing the heat dissipation requirements of the array power supply,the heat dissipation scheme is proposed,the detailed structure and thermal design are carried out,the three-dimensional model is established,and the rationality of the design is verified by simulation analysis.
