Experimental Study on Deep Tapered Hole Technology of Titanium Alloy Combination
In the actual production,the deep tapered hole machining of complex titanium alloy combinations requires high machining accuracy and surface quality,which is a difficult problem in the industry.In this paper,the structural characteristics and processing elements of deep tapered holes of titanium alloy combination were analyzed.After continuous experiments and research,special tooling and special tools were designed,appropriate processing parameters were selected and technological measures were taken to ensure the processing size and surface quality of deep conical holes of titanium alloy combination and meet the technological requirements.
