型面检测修整技术在高精度复合材料反射面加工中的应用

为满足宇航等领域对探测技术的发展要求,研究采用型面检测修整技术实现复合材料反射面的高精度加工.针对型面检测修整技术的技术特点进行原理分析,研究满足复合材料高精度加工要求的技术参数和工艺路径.探究了压强、转速和进给速度等加工参数对不同型面去除效率以及去除稳定性的影响,并提出了相应解决方案.在已有型面精度数据及云图分布基础上,开展截取误差云图法进行碳纤维复合材料磨削加工,经过多次迭代,使反射面型面精度RMS由初始状态的 33.4 μm收敛到2.9 μm.实现了全碳纤维复合材料反射面的高效高精度加工.
Application of Surface Detection and Dressing Technology in High Precision Reflective Surface Processing
In order to meet the development requirements of detection technology in aerospace and other fields,the high precision machining of composite reflective surfaces is achieved through the utilization of profile detection and dressing technology.By analyzing the technical characteristics of surface detection and dressing technology,A principle analysis is conducted to study the technical parameters and process paths that are suitable for achieving high precision machining of composite materials.The influence of processing parameters such as pressure,speed and feed rate on the removal efficiency and stability of different profiles is explored,and the corresponding solutions are proposed.On the basis of the existing profile accuracy data and cloud map distribution,the intercept error cloud map method is carried out for carbon fiber composite grinding.After several iterations,the profile accuracy of the reflective surface is optimized from the initial state of 33.4 μm to 2.9 μm.The high efficiency and high precision machining of the reflective surface of carbon fiber composite material is realized.
