摘要

2195 铝锂合金大型箱底的高性能整体制造是航天飞行器轻量化的迫切需求,针对采用新型充液拉深成形方式制造的大型箱底,固溶-成形-时效工艺设计及组织性能优化是箱底制造的关键问题.本文通过对 2195铝锂合金固溶-充液拉深-时效工艺制造路线及热处理工艺试验,研究了不同热处理工艺下 2195 铝锂合金的力学性能和微观组织特征,揭示了箱底成形时的不均匀变形及热处理工艺参数等对构件性能和组织的影响规律,获得了2195 铝锂合金大型箱底构件的热处理制度.

Abstract

High performance forming of large scale 2195 aluminum-lithium alloy integral tank bottom is ungently required for the light weight of the aerospace equipment.The process design of solution-forming-aging and the optimization of microstructure and properties are the key problems in the tank bottom manufacturing.In this work,the mechanical properties and microstructure of 2195 aluminum-lithium alloy under different heat treatment processes were studied by means of the solid solution-deep drawing-artificial aging process,the effects of non-uniform deformation and heat treatment parameters on the properties and microstructure of the large-scale tank bottom component of 2195 aluminum-lithium alloy were revealed.
