电缆网是卫星的重要组成部分.针对卫星电缆网加工、敷设非常复杂,而且不同功能的电缆布线要求也不同的问题,文章从电缆折弯半径、穿舱孔、接插件插拔空间,不同功能电缆单独布线、避免干涉、减重设计,特殊电缆的走向设计以及电缆网的三维下厂几个方面,提出了三维电缆网精细化设计以及三维下厂方法.经试验验证,结果表明:此方法可优化三维电缆网的布线效果,提高电缆网的加工及敷设效率.
Refined Design of Satellite 3D Cable Network and 3D Factory
Cable network is an important component of satellites.In response to the existing problems of the complex processing and laying of satellite cable networks,and the different cable routing requirements for different functions,this paper puts forward a refined design and 3D factory method of 3D cable networks from several aspects:cable bending radius,cabin holes,insertion and extraction space,separate wiring of cables with different functions to avoid interference,weight reduction design,special cable routing design,and 3D factory.Through experimental verification the results show that this method can optimize the routing effect of cable networks and improve the processing and laying efficiency of cable networks.
