Forming Defects Analysis and Process Optimization on Local Features of Supperalloy Heat Shield for Aeroengine
Aiming at the problems of thin wall thickness, small local dimensions, large curvature mutation, surface wrinkling, convex thinning and pulling cracks during forming of the heat shield of the aero-engine charging chamber, the characteristic size analysis of the part and the stamping process calculation were carried out to analyse the deficiencies in the process design and the reasons for the defects.Based on the ultimate deformation capacity of the material, the method of multi-channel forming and deformation decomposition was proposed on the basis of the simulation of the stamping process of the parts;the improvement measures of inter-process heat treatment were taken to achieve a reasonable distribution of the material flow order in the deformation of the parts,to solve the technical problem of the defects of the local structure of thin-walled heat shield with large mutation that was difficult to be controlled during the process of the stamping, and to achieve the optimisation of sheet-metal forming process for the reasonable mutation structure. The optimisation of the sheet metal forming process was achieved.
