Design and Function Realization Mechanism of One Kind Thermal Barrier Coating Resisted to CMAS Corrosion
Thermal barrier coating(TBC)is one of the key core technologies of the aeroengine,among which YSZ(Y2O3 partially stabilized ZrO2)TBC is the most widely used.In recent years,the corrosion of environmental deposits(CMAS,CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2)has become an important reason for YSZ failure.This paper takes Ti2AlC,a promising thermal-protective coating material,as the object of study,systematically explored the preparation technology,CMAS corrosion resistance of Ti2AlC/YSZ TBC,and investigated the degradation mechanism of the thermal-protective coating.The results could provide theoretical support for the high temperature application of the Ti2AlC thermal-protective coating.
