Analysis on Application State Contact Heat Transfer Coefficient of Interface Thermal Conductive Fillers Used for Spacecraft
To solve the problem of contact heat transfer coefficient data of newly developed thermal conductive fillers used for spacecraft but still without practical application,which are RKTL-DRZ-2 type thermal grease and RKTL-DRNJ-1 type thermal gel,experiments are used to study the contact heat transfer coefficient.Contact heat transfer coefficients are obtained for different scenarios with typical size equipment on spacecraft and different distribu-tions of fixing screws.The experiment results show that under same installation state,compared with the commonly used RKTL-DRZ-1 type heat grease,RKTL-DRZ-2 type thermal grease has better effect on improving the interfacial contact heat transfer performance and RKTL-DRNJ-1 type thermal gel has poor performance.The implementation experience to ensure the filling effect of thermal conductive fillers is obtained and suggestions on the selection of thermal conductive fillers are given.Conclusions from the experiments can be applied to the thermal design and thermal control implementation of spacecraft when selecting thermal conduc-tive fillers.
