多波束波导的欧拉角转正研究

多波束波导设计受布局空间、卫星总装及美观整齐等因素约束大,一般为多层多列排布形式,走向与卫星舱板平行,多波束天线作为多波束波导起始端口,通常与卫星舱板存在多个角度,波导端口转正,成为波导布局工作的难题.文章在平面旋转和三维旋转原理的基础上,提出用欧拉角描述多波束波导端口转正问题,采用欧拉角内旋定义波导端口转正过程,找到了一种旋转顺序,即沿ZYX 轴顺序旋转,将偏航角、俯仰角和横摆角对应为特定角度的弯波导和扭波导.波导根据既定顺序连接后,波导输出端口与舱板为平行关系,解决了多波束波导端口转正问题,为多波束波导的设计奠定了基础.该方法的正确性在高通量卫星上得到了验证,对采用多波束方案的高通量卫星的波导布局工作具有参考价值.
Research on Conversion Method of Multi Beam Waveguide Based on Euler Angle
The design of multi beam waveguides is greatly constrained by factors such as layout space,satellite assembly,and aesthetics neatness.Generally,it is a multi-layer and multi-column form,with a direction parallel to the satellite plate.As the starting port of multi beam waveguide,multi beam antenna usually has multiple angles with the satellite plate,and the normalization of waveguide ports has become a challenge in waveguide layout stage on the basis of the principles of plane rotation and three dimensional rotations,Euler angle is proposed to handle alignment of multi beam waveguide port,which is defined by internal rotation.Rotating along the ZYX axis is adopted,curved and twisted waveguide is designed by reference to rotation angle,which meets the alignment of multi beam waveguide.Connected in a predetermined order,then appropriate position between the output port of waveguide and satellite plate is achieved.Normalization of waveguide ports is solved,which lays the foundation for the design of multi beam waveguide.The correctness of proposed method is verified by high throughput satellite,which has important ref-erence value for waveguide layout of high throughput satellites using multi beam schemes.
