美国地月空间安全研究进展综述

随着地月空间的探索和利用活动越来越频繁,维护地月空间安全、构建覆盖地月空间的能力建设越来越重要.文章调研美国地月空间安全发展总体情况,分析其维护地月空间安全的重点举措,包括加强军民合作、制定战略规划、推进能力部署等;总结神谕(Oracle)、敏捷地月空间飞行火箭验证(DRACO)等美国地月空间安全重点项目发展情况,涉及太空态势感知、空间推进等领域;分析地月空间安全在顶层布局、构建态势感知架构、融合发展等方面的发展特点,得出加强地月空间可持续发展顶层谋划、提前布局研究地月空间安全核心技术等启示建议,可为后续地月空间长期可持续发展提供相关参考.
Review of Progress in U.S.Cislunar Space Security Research
As the exploration and utilization of the cislunar space becomes more and more fre-quent,it becomes increasingly important to maintain cislunar space security and build relevant ca-pabilities.The U.S.general development of cislunar space security is investigated.Then,the key measures to maintain cislunar space security are analyzed,such as strengthening military-civilian cooperation,formulating strategic plans,promoting capability deployment,etc.The development of key cislunar space security projects of the U.S.is also summarized,for instance,Oracle and DRACO,involving space situational awareness and space propulsion areas.The development characteristics of cislunar space security in terms of top-level layout,building situational aware-ness architecture and integrated development are analyzed.Several enlightenment suggestions are drawn to provide relevant reference for the long-term sustainable development of the subsequent cislunar space,which are top-level planning for the sustainable development of cislunar space and key technology research on cislunar space.
