Analysis of Solar Absorption Ratio Variation of LAR Antistatic White Paint in Geostationary Orbit
The LAR antistatic white paint has a low absorption emission ratio and can be sprayed on surfaces of different shapes,making an important component of the spacecraft thermal control systems.Data is collected over 7 years and 4 years of in-orbit operation of two satellite camera baffles coated with LAR antistatic white paint on the outer surface in geostationary orbit.By combining the data with the thermal analysis model of the baffle in orbit,the temporal variation of solar absorption ratio of white paint with in-orbit time is revealed.The analysis results demon-strate that after 2 years in orbit,the solar absorption ratio of white paint degrades from 0.200 to 0.330,and after 5 years,it changes to 0.357,with the annual degradation rate decreasing from 7.90%to 0.55%,showing a decreasing trend year by year.According to this degradation model,it is predicted that the solar absorption ratio of white paint will be 0.357 after 10 years.By using the thermal analysis model and in-orbit data in the paper,the in-orbit degradation performance of the white paint can be obtained,providing data support for thermal control design of spacecraft and meeting the requirements of spacecraft longevity and efficient heat dissipation.
