手机直连卫星系统发展及关键技术综述

手机直连卫星系统即在商业移动通信的智能手机上可以无缝隙、用户无感地在地面移动通信网与卫星通信网自动切换的卫星通信系统,对航天技术和信息产业的创新发展具有巨大带动性.文章基于存量手机直连、定制手机直连、未来天地融合通信标准模式手机直连等3种不同发展路线系统总结了国内外手机直连卫星系统的发展现状,从卫星研制方角度梳理分析手机直连卫星涉及的通信系统、卫星总体与有效载荷等关键技术,提出对手机直连卫星系统建设和技术研究的建议,可以为我国开展手机直连卫星系统建设提供参考.
Overview of Development and Key Technologies of Direct-to-cellular Satellite System
Direct-to-cellular satellite system refer to a satellite communication system which allows commercial smartphones to switch seamlessly and imperceptibly for the users between terrestrial mobile networks and satellite communication networks.It has significantly driving force for the innovative development in both aerospace technology and the information industry.Based on three different approaches,including unmodified cellular phones,modified cellular phones and phones with future unified standard,the development of the typical systems is summarized in this paper.Then some of the key technologies in the communication system,satellite system and payload are reviewed from the perspective of the satellite developer.With the review,suggestions for direct-to-cellular system construction and technical research are proposed,which can provide reference for our country to carry out the system construction.
