Analysis of Strengthening the Construction of Data Sovereignty Mechanism in China's New Era from the Perspective of Network Security
At present,the European Union dissolves individual rights through data nationalism,and the United States uses the strategy of"long-arm jurisdiction"to promote hegemony,which maliciously undermines the independence,autonomy and equality of other countries'data sovereignty.In the new era,in order to further strengthen and improve the network security system,China urgently needs to strengthen the construction of data sovereignty mechanisms,namely constructing the integrity of data sovereignty through data classification and grading mechanisms,ensuring the controllability of data sov-ereignty through cross-border data flow management mechanisms,strengthening the confidentiality of data sovereignty through data risk prevention mechanisms,and strengthening the standardization of data sovereignty through cross-border data flow coordination mechanisms.
