摘要
高校学报编辑队伍素质和学术水平对学报质量起着重要作用.目前,我国高校学报普遍存在编辑人员多为非出版专业和兼职人员、出版专业系列职称人员偏少、主体意识模糊与创造性劳动思维发挥不足,以及学习能力不足与敬业态度有待提升等问题,给学报质量造成了一定影响.针对学报编辑队伍现状,采取提高编辑政治思想水平和职业道德修养、发挥编辑的创造性劳动行为、加强编辑人员的业务培训及构建科学的考核机制等有效途径,打造一支政治素质高、业务能力强、高水平的编辑队伍,力争产出高质量的学术期刊,推动高校学术水平和科研综合实力上台阶.
Abstract
The quality and academic level of the editorial team of university journals play an impor-tant role in the quality of journals.At present,there are many problems in Chinese college journals,such as editors are mostly non-publishing professional and part-time staff,relatively few personnel with pro-fessional titles in the publishing industry series,fuzzy subject consciousness and insufficient creative la-bor thinking,and insufficient learning ability and dedication attitude,which have a certain impact on the quality of the journals.In view of the current situation of the editorial team of the journal,effective ways such as improving the political and ideological level and professional ethics of editors,giving full play to the creative labor behavior of editors,strengthening the professional training of editors,and constructing scientific assessment mechanism are adopted to build a high-level editorial team with high political quali-ty,strong professional ability,and strive to produce high-quality academic journals.We will promote higher academic standards and the overall strength of scientific research in universities.
