摘要
"双性同体"理论是西方女性主义文学批评流派争取女性权利和地位的重要理论之一,为西方女性主义运动作出了重大贡献,该理论对理解《红楼梦》的人物形象有着全新的意义.《红楼梦》中的许多人物都集男性气质和女性气质于一体,具有"双性同体"的特征,像贾宝玉、林黛玉等人物的双性气质,体现了《红楼梦》"双性同体"人格建构的美学意义.
Abstract
The theory of"androgyny"is one of the important theories through which Western femi-nist literary criticism schools strive for women's rights and status,and has made major contributions to the Western feminist movement.This theory also has new significance for understanding the character images in A Dream of Red Mansions.Many characters in A Dream of Red Mansions combine masculine and feminine qualities,possessing the characteristic of"androgyny".The androgynous temperament of characters such as Jia Baoyu and Lin Daiyu reflects the aesthetic significance of constructing a"androgy-nous"personality in A Dream of Red Mansions.
