摘要
重大公共卫生事件不仅严重挑战公共卫生服务体系,而且也关系着人民生命健康和国家安全.健全的公共卫生服务体系需要全生命周期的逻辑协同.健全防控体系、强化预警和监测能力、完善重大疫情救治体系、健全公共卫生服务辅助与保障体系是当前健全公共卫生服务体系的现实路径.
Abstract
Major public health incidents not only seriously challenge the public health service system,but also relate to people's lives,health,and national security.A sound public health service system requires logical collaboration throughout entire life cycle.Perfecting the prevention and control system,strengthening early warning and monitoring capabilities,improving the major epidemic treatment system,and consummating the public health service assistance and guarantee system are the practical paths for the current sound public health service system.
