Drawing on the theories and application techniques of positive psychology,we construct a work model that integrates positive education into the "Intergration and Dual-High Quality" construc-tion of grassroots Party organizations in colleges and universities,as well as into the reform of ideolog-ical and political construction in college curriculum.This model innovates the "eight paths" of positive education application in college ideological and political education,and grasps the "five dimensions" of the work.It has positive significance for enhancing the affinity and relevance of ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
