Strengthening aesthetic education is an inevitable requirement for developing socialist education with Chinese characteristics in the new era.The Communist Youth League in universities must thoroughly study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on aesthetic education,make up for the shortcomings in the current aesthetic education work,and build a collabora-tive education model of "aesthetic education and ideological and political education" through methods such as creating a "micro-classroom"for campus aesthetic education,guiding students to experience the beauty and explore the construction of a second classroom system of "aesthetic education and ideological and political education",advocating students to cultivate beauty and carry forward campus culture with the theme of Chinese aesthetic education spirit,and leading students to shape beauty.
