提升护理学专业学生人文素质受到教育领域广泛关注,加强人文素质教育平台建设是提升该专业学生人文素养的重要途径之一.建设校外课堂搭建高校和医院协同教育,完善合作机制、共享教育资源、重构课程体系、改革教学方法、创新评价机制是护理学专业人文素质教育的新路径.
Abstract
Improving the humanistic quality of nursing students has been widely concerned in the field of education.Strengthening the construction of humanistic education platforms is one of the impor-tant ways to enhance the humanistic quality of students iin the major.Building off-campus classrooms,establishing collaborative education between universities and hospitals,improving cooperation mecha-nisms,sharing educational resources,reconstructing curriculum systems,reforming teaching methods,and innovating evaluation mechanisms are new paths for humanistic quality education in nursing.
