With the transformation of medical models,nursing work has gradually shifted towards a patient-centered holistic nursing model,and the impact of nurse psychological quality on the quality of clinical nursing work is becoming increasingly significant.In addition to possessing good political and physical qualities,nurses should also have good psychological qualities.The level of psychological quali-ties of nurses directly affects the psychological activities and nursing quality of patients.Using good and healthy psychological qualities helps patients enhance their confidence in overcoming diseases and pro-mote the formation of the best psychological state conducive to treatment.
