The Three-Dimensional Aspect of College Labor Education in the Context of Chinese Modernization
The development of labor education in colleges and universities is closely related to China's socialist modernization construction,which is related to the important issue of"who to train".In the process of realizing Chinese modernization,the value of labor education in colleges and universities is embodied in four aspects:the realistic appeal of realizing the yearning for a better life,the inevitable choice of shaping students'labor spirit,the purpose of implementing the goal of establishing morality and cultivating people,and the strategic support of promoting the construction of a strong education country.And it has the important missions of cohesion creativity,cohesion competitiveness and cohesion action for Chinese modernization.In the construction of socialist modernization forcollege labor education we should play the role of top-level design at the macro level and strengthen the construction of labor education curriculum system.At the meso level,we should give full play to the guiding role of colleges and universities and construct the evaluation system of labor education;at the micro level,we should play the role of individual subject and promote the essence of labor education in colleges and universities.In this way,we can stimulate the labor enthusiasm and creative vitality of college students and help build a strong socialist modernization country.
