With the high-quality development of vocational education,actively exploring and establishing a mechanism for developmental financial aid for education has become a critical focus in the financial aid work of higher vocational colleges.Higher vocational colleges still face challenges in the practice of developmental financial aid for education,such as shallow understanding of the concept,insufficient resource integration,inadequate participation of stakeholders,and weak construction of the essence.By analyzing the causes of these difficulties,this paper proposes to help students from low-income backgrounds in higher vocational colleges to grow up and achieve success and comprehensive development by focusing on top-level design and institutional guarantees,strengthening the foundation of work and teams,and improving effectiveness based on needs.
