Strengthen School-Based Training to Enhance Professional Quality of Young Teachers
School-based training for young teachers in vocational colleges is of great importance to the construction of a faculty team with the characteristics of the school and the formation of a strong atmosphere of teacher training in the school,and it is an important measure for the professional development of teachers.Lack of overall training,practicality and specificity and other problems exist in school-based training of young teachers.In view of the current problems,it is required to understand correctly the training value,develop the training system,integrate into school characteristics and form diverse training modes so that an effective development path of school-based training for young teachers in vocational colleges be constructed.
