摘要
共同富裕是中国特色社会主义的本质要求之一,蕴含了中国人民对美好生活的殷切期盼.党的二十大对扎实推进共同富裕作出新的要求与部署.文章追溯了共同富裕的理论缘起,阐释了新时代共同富裕的丰富内涵,强调了全民与全面富裕、物质与精神富裕、渐进取径与共建指向的辩证统一.新时代扎实推进共同富裕,必须坚守"以人民为中心"的价值遵循,坚持以高质量发展夯实"共同富裕"的经济基础,构建促进共同富裕的制度与治理体系.
Abstract
"Common prosperity"embodies a core tenet of socialism with Chinese characteristics,encapsulating the fervent aspirations of the Chinese populace for an improved quality of life.In alignment with the new era's context,the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)has articulated fresh directives and strategies to foster this ideal.This paper delineates the evolution of the'common prosperity'concept,charting the progressive enlightenment of the Party's leadership post-reform and opening up.It delves into the nuanced essence of"common prosperity"in the contemporary epoch,highlighting the dialectic synthesis of widespread and holistic affluence,alongside the integration of material and spiritual wealth,through a gradual and collaborative modality.Conclusively,it delineates pragmatic path-ways for advancing"common prosperity"on this new trajectory,spotlighting a commitment to a people-centered ethos,the pivotal role of high-quality development in reinforcing the economic basis for"common prosperity",and the establish-ment of frameworks and governance mechanisms for its promotion.
