Exploring the Pathway to the Secondary Industry Growth through Science and Technology Innovation——Taking Anhui Province as An Example
The article focuses on the relationship between science and technology innovation and the secondary indus-try,takes Anhui Province as an example,measures the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress in the secondary industry based on the Cobb-Douglas production function and the Solow residual value method,and analyzes the influencing factors of the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress in the secondary industry by using the grey correlation degree method.The study shows that the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress of the secondary industry in Anhui Province fluctuates from-71.13%in 2006 to 50.13%in 2021 during the observation period,and the correlation coefficients between technology acquisition and technological transformation of industrial enterprises on a regular basis,comprehensive utilization rate of industrial solid waste and the contribution rate of scientific and techno-logical progress of the secondary industry are 0.898 and 0.881,respectively,which puts forward three major paths of sci-entific and technological innovation-driven growth of the secondary industry.Three major paths are proposed to drive the growth of the secondary industry:firstly,using new generation of information technology to drive the digital and intelli-gent transformation of the secondary industry;secondly,boosting the state-owned enterprises in key areas to lead the technological innovation by means of technological transformation and technological improvement;and thirdly,innovating and perfecting the system of comprehensive utilization of the resources of the whole industry with the direction of green and low-carbon economy.
