理工科高校研究生劳动教育育人成效提升路径研究

摘要
劳动教育是中国特色社会主义教育制度的重要内容,文章以理工科高校研究生为调查对象,采用问卷调查和实地访谈方法,研究发现:理工科高校研究生劳动教育存在研究生劳动知行矛盾、家庭劳动教育功能缺失、教师实施责任缺位以及学校统筹规划不足等现实问题.基于此,文章提出理工科高校研究生劳动教育育人成效提升路径,以进一步激发理工科高校研究生劳动意识觉醒,为国家培养高素质人才.
Abstract
Labor education is an important part of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics.This paper takes the graduate students of science and engineering universities as the objects of investigation,adopts the method of questionnaire survey and field interview,and finds out through the investigation that there are practical problems such as the contradiction of graduate students'labor knowledge and practice,the lack of family labor education function,the absence of teachers'implementation responsibility and the insufficiency of school overall planning.Based on this,this pa-per puts forward a path to improve the effectiveness of labor education for graduate students of science and engineering u-niversities,so as to further stimulate the awakening of labor consciousness of graduate students of science and engineering and cultivate high-quality talents for the country.
