摘要
群众动员是中国共产党成功推进各项事业的密钥.20 世纪 50 年代,安徽治淮工程中的群众动员,是中国共产党团结和带领群众建设社会主义的伟大实践.党和人民政府通过建立完善的组织机构和制度保障,采取加强宣传教育、解除后顾之忧、树立典型模范、开展立功竞赛等动员措施,使广大群众以巨大的热情投入治淮的实践中,推动了安徽治淮工程的顺利开展,发扬了自力更生,艰苦创业的治淮精神,进一步增强了人民对党和国家的政治认同.
Abstract
Mass mobilization is the key to the CPC's success in advancing various projects.The mass mobilization in the Huai Control Project in Anhui in the 1950s was a great practice of the CPC in uniting and leading the masses to build socialism.The Party and the People's Government,by establishing a perfect organization and system,taking measures such as strengthening propaganda and education,relieving worries,setting up typical models,and launching merit compe-titions.Those efforts stimulated the enthusiasm of the masses to participate in the Huaihuai Control Project,and continu-ously exerted their subjective initiative in the Huaihuai Control Practice,thus promoting the smooth development of the Huaihuai Control Project.The mobilization carried forward the spirit of self-reliance and hard work,and further strength-ened the political identity of the people with the Party and the country.
