摘要
为探索建筑业数字化转型在高质量发展背景下对劳动收入的具体影响,文章运用stata17.0 数据软件,选取多元线性回归模型,对 2016-2021 年建筑业上市公司数据进行实证研究.研究发现:数字化转型对建筑业普通劳动者的收入具有正向作用,并具有一定的持续性;数字化转型在建筑业国有企业所产生的经济作用比非国有企业更明显,即数字化应用效果受所有制约束.
Abstract
In order to explore the specific impact of the digital transformation of the construction industry on labor in-come under the high-quality development,this paper uses stata 17.0 data software for analysis and adopts multiple linear regression model to conduct empirical research on the data of listed companies in the construction industry from 2016 to 2021.The results show that:digital transformation has a positive effect on the income of ordinary workers in the con-struction industry,and has a certain continuity;Heterogeneity analysis shows that the economic effect of digital transfor-mation in construction state-owned enterprises is more obvious than that in non-state-owned enterprises,that is,the effect of digital application is constrained by ownership.
