Evaluation of Zhejiang Common Prosperity Demonstration Zone Construction Policy:a PMC Index Model Approach
The study collected effective policy texts for building a common prosperity demonstration zone in Zhejiang issued at different levels of the central government,provinces,cities,districts and counties and adopted the PMC index model for quantitative evaluation.The research finds that the overall quality of common prosperity construction policies in Zhejiang is good,but the internal gap of policies at different levels is obvious,and there is still room for optimization in policy supervision,policy fields,policy priorities and policy guarantees.The evaluation can offer theoretical support and basis for deciding and improving policies on the construction of nation-wide common prosperity demonstration zone.
