论明代军人的抚恤优待政策

摘要
抚恤优待包括精神鼓励和物质奖赏两个方面,是社会保障制度的一项重要内容.明朝针对军人采取了一系列抚恤优待政策举措,如褒扬阵亡将士,厚恤其遗属;抚恤伤病残军人和老年军人;优待现役军人军属等,并上升到法律制度的高度,成为稳定军心、安邦定国的良策,是其维护统治的重要政策支撑,对后世的抚恤优待制度建设有一定的启发和借鉴意义.
Abstract
Compensation and preferential treatment,including spiritual encouragement and material rewards,is an important part of the social security system,which plays an important role in encouraging soldiers to fight and seizing and consolidating political power.The Ming Dynasty adopted a series of preferential policies for soldiers,such as praising the fallen soldiers and caring for their bereaved families,pensions for the wounded,sick,disabled and elderly servicemen;The preferential treatments of active military personnel and their families incorporated into the legal system,became a good policy to stabilize the military and the country,and an important policy support for its rule,is of great inspiration and reference to the development of our compensation preferential treatment system today.
