摘要

为探究榜样支持与青少年活动量之间的关系,厘清感知有益和自我效能在两者之间的中介作用,文章通过便利抽样,使用自制量表进行问卷调查及实证研究.结果表明:在榜样支持、感知有益、自我效能、活动量等维度,男性青少年得分显著高于女性青少年;榜样支持水平越高,青少年活动量越大;在榜样支持和活动量之间,感知有益、自我效能起到中介作用,尤其是链式中介作用.青少年家长、学校体育工作者和青少年体育培训机构的员工应重视青少年的体育榜样教育,特别是重视体育榜样对青少年意志品质的塑造.

Abstract

To explore the relationship between model support and adolescents'activity,clarify the intermediary role of perceived benefit and self-efficacy,the study employs convenience sampling to conduct an empirical study via self-made questionnaire.The results showed that on model support,perceived benefit,self-efficacy and activity amount,male youngsters scored higher than their female counterparts;youth activity amount correlated positively with model support.Perceived benefit played a mediating role between model support and activity amount,and perceived benevolence and self-efficacy played a chain mediating role.It is suggested that parents of teenagers,school sports workers and staff of teenag-ers'sports training institutions should attach importance to the education of teenagers'sports models,especially to the shaping of teenagers'will quality by sports models.
